What Windcave is, and who runs it
Windcave is a payment gateway and terminal provider. One platform covers attended counters, unattended devices and ecommerce, which is why it turns up where payment acceptance is harder than a till: ski and attractions operators with gates and rental desks, museums and performing arts centres running Tessitura, and unattended sites such as gas pumps, vending, car washes, parking and kiosks.
In each of those settings the business already has a system it runs the operation on. Windcave sits behind that system as the acceptance layer, and the system stays as configured.
Canada's Windcave deployment specialists
Kubera is the only third party authorized Windcave partner in Canada, a registered agent of Windcave and a partner in good standing. Windcave is well established in Asia Pacific and growing in North America, and we are part of that growth, deploying it across North America from a Canadian base. For a business in Canada or the United States, that means a Canadian based deployment partner who plans, configures and supports the install, rather than dealing with a distant vendor directly.
For Quebec, deployment and support run in French. Planning, configuration, staff training and ongoing support are handled in French or English, whichever your team works in.

Windcave for Tessitura organizations
Tessitura Network is the CRM, ticketing and fundraising platform used by museums, performing arts centres, orchestras, theatres and other non profits across North America, and it integrates with Windcave for payments. We deploy and support Windcave for Tessitura organizations in Canada and the US, and a Windcave deployment brings capabilities such as secure payment links to those organizations, with support in English and French. Unattended deployments
Unattended acceptance is a large part of what we deploy Windcave for.
The unattended Windcave devices on our lineup are the SCR200F, SKP200F, BRF210F and LAN300. Which one fits a site depends on the enclosure, the environment and the system it connects to, so we specify per site rather than from a catalogue.

Common questions
Is Kubera a Windcave reseller?
Kubera is a registered agent of Windcave and a partner in good standing. We are an independent consultancy rather than a processor, so we deploy Windcave where it is the right technical fit and other platforms where it is not.
Do you deploy Windcave outside Canada?
Yes. We have deployed Windcave for businesses as far away as New Zealand and can support deployments worldwide, and we specialize in the North American market. Deployment and support run from our Canadian team either way.
Can the deployment and support be done in French?
Yes. We provide French language deployment and support for Quebec, from planning through go live and the support that follows.
Does our system have to change?
Not necessarily. If you are comfortable with your point of sale, we deploy Windcave behind it and update the technology and pricing. If you are moving to a new software system, Windcave could be the right integration, and we review that with you.
Which unattended devices do you deploy?
The Windcave SCR200F, SKP200F, BRF210F and LAN300 are the unattended devices on our lineup. Which one fits depends on the site, so gas pump, vending, car wash, parking and kiosk deployments are specified case by case.
What if the deployment does not work out?
In most cases we have closure costs waived or cover them ourselves if you are not satisfied with a solution we deployed, so you can treat the deployment as month to month.
