Payment processing for attractions & ticketing
Gates, admissions, season passes and the food outlets between them: attractions run more payment surface than businesses many times their size, compressed into seasons and weekends. That intensity is exactly where fitted pricing outperforms.
A family's admissions in one tap, then coffees, rentals and merch in a dozen small ones. Premium travel cards over represented throughout.
Admissions and coffees carry different interchange, and a blended rate treats them as the same transaction, all season long.
Gate, rental, food and retail volume separated and priced on their own interchange profiles, behind the ticketing system you already run.

Payment infrastructure for peak days
An attraction's year is decided on forty peak days, and on those days the payment layer is throughput infrastructure: gate lines move at tap speed, food outlets clear queues between shows, and any terminal failure costs revenue by the minute. We deploy for the peak day, with connectivity fallbacks and spare unit logistics planned before the season, because the season does not wait for troubleshooting.
Season passes and the file of cards
Passes and memberships renew on stored cards, which makes part of an attraction's revenue recurring and card not present. That volume deserves its own pricing category and its own operational care: renewals that continue seamlessly through any provider change, and stored credentials migrated through compliant channels. Both are planned parts of our deployments, not afterthoughts.
Behind the systems attractions actually run
The ticketing and gate systems you already run stay exactly as they are. Our work is the acquiring behind them, deployed in the shoulder season, priced on the full year including the months the gates are closed.
Weather days, refunds and rainchecks
Outdoor attractions refund and reissue at rates most businesses never see: closed gates, cancelled sessions, rainchecks converted to future visits. Refunds have their own processing treatment, and policies that convert refunds into credits or rebooked dates keep revenue while avoiding the fee friction of money moving backwards. We read the refund column specifically on attraction statements because it is routinely material and routinely ignored.
Group sales are B2B hiding inside a consumer business
School bookings, corporate events and tour operators pay differently than families at the gate: invoices, purchase orders, corporate cards over the phone. That is business to business acceptance living inside a consumer operation, and it deserves B2B treatment, enhanced data on the corporate cards and bank rails offered for the largest accounts, rather than being keyed casually through the same setup as the gate.

Common questions
Can you deploy without touching our ticketing platform?
Yes. The ticketing system, gate hardware and workflows stay as configured. We change the payment acceptance layer, which is a separate agreement.
What happens to auto renewing season passes if we switch?
Renewal continuity is planned into the changeover: stored card volume migrates through compliant channels and billing continues without a gap.
Our revenue is weekends and holidays. Does pricing reflect that?
It should. Peak concentrated volume with premium card skew has a specific interchange profile, and we price it on the full year rather than a flattering month.
Do food and retail outlets go on the same review?
Yes, separated by outlet type. Admissions, food service and retail have different profiles, and reading them separately is how each outlet gets priced as what it is.
