Switching processors? Here is how we help
Changing what sits behind your terminals is a project, and we run it as one. This page sets out what we commit to on every deployment: the cutover, the closure costs, the cards you can accept, the reporting your bookkeepers get, and how setup runs.
No downtime
Our team ensures no downtime as part of your transition. The changeover is scheduled around your operations, so your counter keeps taking payments while the new solution goes in.
Closure fee waiver
In most cases we have closure costs waived or cover them ourselves if you are not satisfied with a solution we deployed, so you can treat the deployment as month to month.
In practical terms, you can consider this a fully month to month deployment.
Card type acceptance
Our solutions support the major card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Interac, American Express and Discover. You can also be set up for other acceptance options such as WeChat Pay and Alipay.
The devices fully support chip and PIN (EMV) and tap (NFC) transactions, including Apple Pay, Google Wallet and PIN debit.
Reporting, setup and training
Our solutions come with full online reporting tools designed to support your transaction and deposit reviews and reconciliation. Your team can run customizable reports and export the data in CSV format to work with in Excel or Numbers.
Our team provides full setup and training support for every solution we deploy.
Setup process
Our team ensures a seamless deployment. Once the final documentation has been executed, we follow up with tracking information on the hardware, then schedule a setup and training time on the terminals and the back office platform, managed by our local team.
We provide full setup support and training for your bookkeepers on their reporting tools. Our team is with you every step of the way, with no automated phone tree during the update process.
